卵巢纤维肉瘤是卵巢相关肿瘤中极其少见的类型，发病率低，缺乏大型统计数据，目前为止尚未形成统一的诊断标准，临床表现及影像学检查无法与其他良恶性肿瘤进行区分，诊断主要依靠术后病理核分裂象等进行鉴别，同时由于缺乏较好的术后治疗策略，总体预后较差。本文作者报道1例在手术过程中发现的卵巢纤维肉瘤伴有肠系膜转移的病例，并结合相关文献进行讨论，目的在于增加对该疾病的重视，减少误诊和漏诊，从而提高诊治水平。
