依帕司他联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液对糖尿病肾病的疗效及对体液免疫、炎症因子的影响

摘要:

目的:探讨依帕司他联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液对糖尿病肾病的疗效及对体液免疫、炎症因子的影响。方法:将2016年1月至2018年1月我院内分泌血液科收治的80例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用依帕司他治疗,观察组采用依帕司他联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗,观察两组临床疗效及体液免疫水平、炎症因子水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血尿素氮、肌酐及24 h尿蛋白水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),血IgG、IgA及IgM水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),血C-反应蛋白、白介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:依帕司他联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液可提高糖尿病肾病临床疗效,改善患者体液免疫及炎症因子水平。

Objective: To investigate the effects of epalrestat combined with tanshinone ⅡA sodium sulfonate injection on clinical efficacy, humoral immunity and inflammatory factors in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods: From January 2016 to January 2018, 80 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to the Department of Endocrinology and Hematology of our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in the control group were treated with epalrestat, and the patients in the observation group were treated with epalrestat combined with tanshinone IIA sulfonate injection. The clinical efficacy, humoral immune level and inflammatory factor level of the two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The levels of urea nitrogen, creatinine and 24-hour urinary protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein, interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Epalrestat combined with sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate injection can improve the clinical efficacy of diabetic nephropathy, improve the levels of humoral immunity and inflammatory factors in the patients.
