丁苯酞对颈动脉支架成形术后患者认知功能的影响及对并发症预防的效果

摘要:

目的:探讨丁苯酞对颈动脉支架成形(CAS)术后患者认知功能的影响及对并发症预防的效果。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月至2018年3月在我科行CAS术的60例患者的临床资料,按照实际治疗情况分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予丁苯酞注射液治疗,比较两组术后认知功能障碍变化及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后两组认知功能量表评分均明显升高(P<0.01),神经系统功能量表评分均明显下降(P<0.01),观察组变化更为显著(P<0.05);治疗后两组平均流速均明显上升(P<0.01),观察组变化更为明显(P<0.05),观察组搏动指数明显下降(P<0.01);治疗期间两组用药副反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组并发症总发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞能够有效改善CAS术后患者认知功能,减少并发症发生,且不增加用药副反应。

Objective: To investigate the effects of butylphthalide on cognitive function and prevention of complications of carotid artery stenting.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 60 patients who underwent carotid stenting in our department from January 2016 to March 2018 was divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30). The control group received routine treatment, and the observation group was given butylphthalide injection on the basis of this, and the changes of cognitive dysfunction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the scores of cognitive function scales in both groups were significantly increased (P<0.01), and the scores of neurological function scales were significantly decreased (P<0.01). The changes in the observation group were more significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the mean flow rate of the two groups increased significantly (P<0.01), and the change of the observation group was more obvious (P<0.05), the pulsation index of the observation group decreased significantly (P<0.01). The difference of side effects between the two groups was not obvious during the treatment period (P>0.05); the total incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Butylphthalide can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients after carotid stenting, reduce the incidence of complications, and does not increase the side effects of medication.
