Objective: To explore the effects of humanized rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative breath volume, Borg scores and adverse effects of patients with lung cancer. Methods: 150 cases of lung-cancer patients during January 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital with hemiplegia were selected as the research subjects, who were divided into observation group and control groupaccording to random number table method, 75 cases in each group. Patients in the control group adopted the routine nursing, patients in the observation group treated with humanized rapid rehabilitation nursing. Borg scale and SF-36 scale were used to evaluate the respiratory function and quality of life of patients before and three months after nursing. The incidence of adverse events and lung function indexes of patient during the nursing were compared, including forced vital capacity (VC), forced vital capacity (FVC) and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1).Results: Three months after nursing, the Borg scores of the two groups of patients were significantly decreased (P<0.05) and the SF-36 scores were significantly increased (P<0.05). In addition, the VC, FVC, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC levels of the two groupswere significantly increased (P<0.05), and the levels of observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group (8.00%)was significantly lower than those in the control group (34.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: The postoperative patients with lung cancer treated by rapid rehabilitation nursing of human nature, can significantly improve the patients' respiratory function and the quality of life, reduce the incidence of adverse events. This is a kind of high-quality nursing measures, which has profound value of clinical application. |
