贝克认知疗法在老年性白内障患者术前心理护理中的应用

摘要：

目的：探讨贝克认知疗法在老年性白内障患者术前心理护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2017年5月至7月在本院眼科拟行白内障手术的65例老年性白内障患者为对照组，给予常规护理；选取2017年8至10月同类的65例患者为观察组，在对照组基础上给予贝克认知疗法干预。结果：干预后观察组焦虑自评量表（SAS）得分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）得分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组收缩压、舒张压及心率均低于或慢于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：贝克认知疗法能够缓解老年性白内障患者的焦虑、抑郁状况，稳定患者术中生命体征，有助于患者手术的顺利进行。

Objective: To explore the effect of Beck's cognitive therapy in preoperative psychological nursing of senile cataract patients.Methods: 65 senile cataract patients who underwent cataract surgery in our hospital from May to July in 2017 were selected as control group and received routine nursing care, on top of which, 65 similar patients from August to October in 2017 selected as the observation group received Beck's cognitive therapy.Results: After the intervention, SAS scores and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); after the intervention, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Beck's cognitive therapy can relieve the anxiety and depression in patients with senile cataract and stabilize the vital signs during operation, which is helpful for the successful operation of the patients.
