参芪扶正注射液联合放疗对晚期肺癌患者血清基质金属蛋白酶和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的影响

摘要:

目的: 探讨参芪扶正注射液联合放疗对晚期肺癌患者血清基质金属蛋白酶和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的影响。方法: 选取2014年3月至2018年6月间在我院治疗的86例晚期肺癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。观察组患者在放疗的同时加用参芪扶正注射液治疗,对照组患者采用放射治疗,比较两组患者血清MMP-7、MMP-9及bFGF水平、临床总有效率及不良反应总发生率。结果: 治疗前后比较,观察组患者MMP-7、MMP-9及bFGF水平的减少值均大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组的(P<0.05);观察疗组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论: 参芪扶正注射液联合放疗治疗晚期肺癌可显著降低患者血清MMP-7、MMP-9及bFGF水平,减轻不良反应,适宜临床推广。

Objective: To investigate the effects of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with radiotherapy on serum matrix metalloproteinase and basic fibroblast growth factor in patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods: Eighty-six patients with advanced lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with Shenqi Fuzheng injection and radiotherapy, and radiotherapy was used in the control group. The serum levels of MMP-7, MMP-9, bFGF, total clinical effective rate, and total adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: Before treatment and after treatment, the reduction of MMP-7, MMP-9 and bFGF levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference being statistically significant (P<0.05). The total clinical efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with radiotherapy for advanced lung cancer can significantly reduce serum MMP-7, MMP-9 and bFGF levels, reduce adverse reactions, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
