患者发现腹部包块，无腹部胀痛，就诊于遵义医科大学附属医院进行手术治疗，术后石蜡结果为卵巢恶性Brenner瘤，累及宫颈。卵巢恶性Brenner瘤可有鳞状上皮分化，镜下的形态与宫颈鳞癌相似，而在此例患者中，单纯结合形态容易认为宫颈是原发的鳞癌，卵巢肿瘤和宫颈受累及的部位表达共同的免疫组化卵巢恶性Brenner瘤的标志物，容易误诊，作者就此对肿瘤的发生部位及正确诊断进行文献复习。
