白细胞功能变化与不稳定型心绞痛患者高凝状态形成的关系

摘要:

目的:研究白细胞功能的变化与不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者高凝状态形成的关系。方法:选取2017年10月至2018年10月期间在我院住院治疗的UA患者46名作为UA组。另选取同期在我院门诊体检的健康志愿者46名作为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测UA组和对照组白细胞表面的组织因子(TF)和磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)水平,并采用凝血时间和纤维蛋白生成实验分析TF、PS是否具有促凝活性。结果:UA组白细胞以及白细胞表面的TF和PS水平高于对照组(P<0.05),UA组白细胞促凝血时间短于对照组,纤维蛋白生成量大于对照组(P<0.05),在抑制白细胞表面的TF和PS活性后能够延长凝血时间、降低纤维蛋白的生成(P<0.05)。结论:UA患者白细胞表面增加的TF和PS参与了高凝状态的形成。

Objective:To study the relationship between the changes of leukocyte function and the formation of hypercoagulability in patients with unstable angina (UA). Methods:46 UA patients hospitalized in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the UA group. Another 46 healthy volunteers who had physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of tissue factor(TF) and phosphatidylserine(PS) on the surface of leukocytes in UA group and control group were detected by flow cytometry. The coagulation time and fibrinogenesis test were used to analyze whether TF and PS had coagulation promoting activity. Results:The levels of TF and PS on the leukocyte surface in the UA group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Leukocyte coagulation time in the UA group was shorter than that in the control group, and the amount of fibrinogenesis was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Inhibiting the activity of TF and PS on the surface of leukocytes could prolong the coagulation time and reduce the production of fibrin(P<0.05). Conclusion:The increased TF and PS on the surface of leukocytes in the UA patients are involved in the formation of hypercoagulable.
