房颤是肺叶切除术后常见的心律失常，其发病率和死亡率均较高。目前发生术后房颤的病因尚不完全清楚。临床上对房颤仍没有有效的预测方法。B型脑钠肽（BNP）是当容量超负荷或者心肌梗死时由心室肌分泌的一种多肽类激素，一些研究表明血浆BNP水平与术后房颤有重要的联系。越来越多的研究支持在肺叶切除术中BNP已经成为一个强有力的指标来预测患者术后房颤的发生，在本文中作者主要阐述BNP用于预测肺叶切除术后发生房颤的临床研究进展。
