内质网连接位点与肌萎缩侧索硬化症关系的研究进展

摘要:

内质网连接位点(ER contact site,ERCS)是细胞内膜系统中各细胞器连接的关键枢纽,内质网与多种亚细胞器如高尔基体、线粒体、内体、脂滴、过氧化物酶体以及质膜间可由接头蛋白形成稳定连接,协同调控细胞生理过程。研究发现,肌萎缩侧索硬化症(amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,ALS)中出现ERCS损伤,从而破坏内质网与高尔基体以及线粒体等的连接使运动神经元变性死亡。本文作者对ERCS形成、功能及其与ALS的关系方面研究进行综述,以期对ALS有进一步认识。
