唐山市基层医疗机构护士核心能力现状及其影响因素研究

摘要:

目的:了解基层医疗机构护士核心能力现状及影响因素。方法:采用核心能力表对唐山市109个社区卫生服务中心(站)1 626名护士进行调查。结果:唐山市基层医疗机构护士核心能力总体得分为(138.05±46.55)分,条目均分为(2.38±0.87)分,处于中等水平。7个维度中条目均分最高的是伦理及法律实践[(2.46±0.53)分],最低的是专业发展能力[(2.24±0.71)分]。多因素分析结果显示学历、月收入、岗位性质及工龄等为主要的影响因素(R2=0.23,F=87.98,P<0.001);从标准化回归系数来看,最高学历对核心能力得分的影响最大,影响效果由大到小的因素依次是学历、工龄、岗位性质、收入。结论:唐山市基层医疗机构护士核心能力处于中等水平,应从护士学历、工龄、岗位性质、收入方面入手进一步提高护士核心能力,从而为患者提供更优质的护理服务。

Objective:To understand the current situation and influencing factors of core competence of nurses in primary medical institutions. Methods:1 626 nurses of 109 community health service centers were investigated by core competence scale. Results:The overall score of the core competence of nurses in primary medical institutions in Tangshan city was 138.05±46.55, and the average score of items was 2.38±0.87, which was in the medium level. Among the 7 dimensions, the items with the highest average score were ethics and legal practice (2.46±0.53), and the lowest were professional development ability (2.24±0.71). The results of multivariate analysis showed that their education, monthly income, job nature and length of service were the main influencing factors. After test, R2=0.23, F=87.98, P< 0.001. From the standardized regression coefficient, the highest educational background had the greatest influence on the score of core competence. The factors influencing the effect from large to small were educational background, length of service, post nature and income. Conclusion:The core competence of nurses in primary medical institutions in Tangshan is at the medium level, which needs to be further improved on educational background, length of service, post nature and income to provide better nursing services for patients.
