新入职护理专科生护理专业自我概念与情绪调控信念的相关性分析

摘要：

目的：观察新入职护理专科生护理专业自我概念与情绪调控信念水平，并分析两者的相关性。方法：采用便利抽样方法，选取2016年1月至2017年1月我院新入职的护理专科生109名进行问卷调查。采用护理专业自我概念量表和中文版情绪调控信念量表（ERBS）评估研究对象的专业自我概念和情绪调控信念水平，并采用Pearson相关分析进行两者的相关性分析。结果：（1）新入职护理专科生护理专业自我概念总分为（94.73±12.47）分，条目均分为（2.90±0.39）分；情绪控制信念总分为（42.67±7.20）分，处于中等水平；（2）Pearson相关分析显示，新入职护理专科生护理专业自我概念总分及各维度评分与情绪调控信念量表总分及调控价值维度呈正相关，与情绪约束、情绪胁迫维度呈负相关（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论：新入职护理专科生护理专业自我概念水平尚可，情绪调控信念水平仍有待提高，两者存在明显的相关性。

Objective:To analyze the correlation between professional self-concept of nursing and emotion control beliefs in newly enrolled nursing college graduates. Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to select 109 newly enrolled nursing college graduates from January 2016 to January 2017. The nursing professional self-concept scale and the Chinese version of emotional control belief scale(ERBS) were used to evaluate the levels of professional self-concept and emotional control belief of the subjects, and Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation. Results:(1)The total score of the subjects was (94.73±12.47), and the mean score of the items was (2.90±0.39). The total score of emotional control was (42.67±7.20), which was at the middle level. (2) Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of nursing professional self-concept and the scores of all dimensions were positively correlated with the total score of emotional control belief scale and the dimension of control value, but negatively correlated with the emotional constraints and emotional stress dimensions(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:The self-concept level of newly enrolled nursing college graduates is acceptable, and the level of emotion control belief still needs to be improved. There is a significant correlation between them.
