口腔癌患者口腔组织中P16、Ki-67、CyclinD1的表达及其临床意义

摘要：

目的：研究口腔癌组织中P16、Ki-67、CyclinD1的表达及其临床意义。方法：收集确诊为口腔癌患者的口腔活检组织标本35例（观察组）及同期正常口腔黏膜组织标本35例（对照组），采用免疫组织化学法检测两组组织切片中P16、Ki-67、CyclinD1表达率，分析P16阳性表达与患者生存时间的关系。结果：观察组P16阳性率（71.43%）显著低于对照组（82.86%），Ki-67阳性率（82.86%）、CyclinD1阳性率（40.00%）均明显高于对照组（分别为14.29%和5.71%），差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。P16阳性患者3年生存率明显低于P16阴性患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：P16、Ki-67及CyclinD1的表达情况与口腔癌发展密切相关，三者的检测对口腔癌的早期诊断及预后判断具有参考价值。

Objective:To study the expression and their clinical significance of P16, Ki-67 and CyclinD1 in oral cancer tissues.Methods: Thirty-fivebiopsy tissue samples diagnosed as oral cancer were collected (observation group), 35 normal oral mucosa tissue samples were selected at the same time (control group), and the expressions of P16, ki-67 and CyclinD1 in tissue sections of the two groups were detected by immunohistochemistry. Positive expression rates of P16, ki-67, CyclinD1 and relationship between expression of P16 and patient survival rate were observed in the two groups. Results: The positive rate of P16 in the observation group(71.43%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(82.86%),and the positive rates of ki-67 and CyclinD1 in the observation group were 82.86% and 40.00%, reapectively, both were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After 3 years, the survival rate of the patients withP16 positive was less than the patients with P16 negative, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: P16 is low expression in oral cancer, and its expression is closely related to the development of oral cancer. Ki-67 and CyclinD1 are all highly expressed, and their expressions can provide a reference value for the early diagnosis and prognosisjudgment of oral cancer.
