Objective:To study the expression and their clinical significance of P16, Ki-67 and CyclinD1 in oral cancer tissues.Methods: Thirty-fivebiopsy tissue samples diagnosed as oral cancer were collected (observation group), 35 normal oral mucosa tissue samples were selected at the same time (control group), and the expressions of P16, ki-67 and CyclinD1 in tissue sections of the two groups were detected by immunohistochemistry. Positive expression rates of P16, ki-67, CyclinD1 and relationship between expression of P16 and patient survival rate were observed in the two groups. Results: The positive rate of P16 in the observation group(71.43%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(82.86%),and the positive rates of ki-67 and CyclinD1 in the observation group were 82.86% and 40.00%, reapectively, both were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After 3 years, the survival rate of the patients withP16 positive was less than the patients with P16 negative, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: P16 is low expression in oral cancer, and its expression is closely related to the development of oral cancer. Ki-67 and CyclinD1 are all highly expressed, and their expressions can provide a reference value for the early diagnosis and prognosisjudgment of oral cancer.
