Objective:To study the effect of the second stage labor time in the new labor management on outcomes of fetus and primiparas under painless labor. Methods:From June 2016 to June 2017 in Department of Obstetrics, Zhongda Hospital, Southeast University southeast university, primiparas with full-term pregnancy and single embryo under painless vaginal delivery were selected for the study. According to the second stage labor time, all primiparas were divided into three groups, namely group A1(2 h ≤ t<3 h), group A2(t ≥ 3 h) and group B(t<2 h). The clinical data of three groups of fetus and primiparas were compared. Results:A total of 623 cases of primiparas were included in the study, with 148 cases in group A1, 125 cases in group A2, and 350 cases in group B. There were no statistically significant differences in forceps midwifery rate, episiotomy rate, rate of postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia rate and neonatal hospitalization rate among the three groups(all P>0.05). Conclusion:Extension of the second stage labor time of the new labor management does not increase influence on bad outcomes of fetus and primiparas under painless labor. |
