目的：研究TIM-3在肺腺癌中的表达及其与预后的相关性。方法：通过免疫组化SP法检测60例肺腺癌组织与10例正常肺组织中TIM-3的表达。结果：60例肺腺癌组织中31例TIM-3呈阳性表达，阳性表达率为51.67%；10例正常肺组织TIM-3均呈阴性表达。TIM-3的表达与有无淋巴结转移、腺癌细胞分化程度、临床分期及预后相关（P<0.05）。结论：TIM-3在肺腺癌的发展中发挥重要作用，与患者的生存时间呈负相关，有望成为监测肺腺预后的临床指标。
