粘接面不同处理对CAD/CAM全锆冠固位的影响

摘要:

目的:研究不同的粘接表面处理对CAD/CAM全锆冠粘接固位的影响。方法:对在我院行CAD/CAM全锆瓷冠修复的120颗后牙随机分为3组,每组40颗,第1组作为对照,全锆冠粘接面未处理,直接用树脂水门汀粘固,第2组冠的粘接面涂处理液再粘固,第3组冠的粘接面喷砂后涂处理液再粘固。观察比较修复后3年期间冠固位情况。结果:3年后,第1、2、3组全锆冠固位成功率分别为80.0%、92.5%、97.5%。组3冠固位最好,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:粘接面喷砂后涂处理液能较好地增强树脂与全锆冠间粘固力,提高修复成功率。

Objective: To study the effect of different treatment of adhesive surface on the retention of the CAD/CAM full-contour zirconia crown.Methods: 120 posterior teeth to be restored with full-contour zirconia crowns in our hospital were randomly divided into 3 groups,40 teeth each group. Group 1 was the control group, adhesive surfaces of full-contour zirconia crowns without treatment,were directly bonded with resin cements. Adhesive surface of group 2 full-contour zirconia crowns coated treatment liquid, then were cemented with resin cements. The group 3 crowns adhesive surfaces were sandblasted and coated treatment liquid. The crowns retention of 3 groups were observed and compared during 3 years after restoration. Results: Retention success rates of 3 groups were 80.0%(group 1), 92.5%(group 2),and 97.5%(group 3). Group 3 was the best, there was statistical difference compared with the group 1 (P<0.05). Conclusion: The adhesive surface after sandblasting and coating treatment solution can enhance the adhesion force between resin cement and full-contour zirconia crown, and improve the success rate of restoration.
