骨钙素对动脉粥样硬化作用的研究进展

摘要:

骨钙素是成骨细胞合成和分泌的基质蛋白,参与骨吸收调节、成骨细胞分化和基质的矿化,是骨转化的特定生物标志物。研究发现骨钙素调节血管内皮舒张因子的产生、炎症因子的作用和抑制血管钙化,直接影响动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展;另外骨钙素能够调节糖脂代谢和性激素水平,间接影响动脉粥样硬化。本综述旨在对骨钙素与动脉粥样硬化的关系予以阐述。
