胫骨平台后倾角作为膝关节的解剖因素之一，近年来逐渐被人们所重视，有关其与前交叉韧带（ACL）损伤相关联的研究越来越深入。更好地了解胫骨平台后倾角的意义有助于改善ACL损伤的筛查和预防方案，也可以作为个体化ACL重建术的基础。本文作者着眼于胫骨平台后倾角的相关国内外研究，主要针对胫骨平台后倾角与ACL的风险、胫骨平台后倾角的变化对于膝关节力学的影响、胫骨平台后倾角与ACL重建术等方面进行综述。
