胫骨平台后倾角在前交叉韧带损伤中的研究进展

摘要:

胫骨平台后倾角作为膝关节的解剖因素之一,近年来逐渐被人们所重视,有关其与前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤相关联的研究越来越深入。更好地了解胫骨平台后倾角的意义有助于改善ACL损伤的筛查和预防方案,也可以作为个体化ACL重建术的基础。本文作者着眼于胫骨平台后倾角的相关国内外研究,主要针对胫骨平台后倾角与ACL的风险、胫骨平台后倾角的变化对于膝关节力学的影响、胫骨平台后倾角与ACL重建术等方面进行综述。
