Objective: To explore Lamaza method combined with acupoint massage midwifery applied in elderly primipara effect on uterine pain, labor time and mode of delivery.Methods: From March 2016 to August 2016 80 elderly primipara receiving routine nursing care were selected as control group, the other 80 elderly primipara from March 2017 to August 2017 receiving ramah ze pain relief method together with the acupuncture point massage as observation group. The degree of contractive pain, the time of labor and the change of delivery mode were compared.Results: During the first stages of the incubation period and the second when ramah ze pain relief method was used together with the acupuncture point massage midwifery, contractions pain degree of observation group were lighter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); In the observation group, the first labor, second and third labor time were both shorter than theose of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Lamaze pain relief combined with acupressure massage midwifery can effectively reduce the degree of uterine contraction pain, shorten the birth time, optimize the mode of delivery, it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
