Teach-back结合视频宣教在髋关节置换术后患者功能锻炼中的应用

摘要:

目的:探讨Teach-back结合视频宣教在髋关节置换术后患者功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年8月至12月50例髋关节置换术后患者为对照组,术后按常规方法进行功能锻炼指导;另取2017年1月至6月50例髋关节置换术后患者为观察组,术后采用Teach-back结合视频宣教的方法进行功能锻炼指导。比较出院时两组患者髋关节置换术后功能锻炼知识掌握程度、术后7 d及出院时两组患者的功能锻炼依从性、入院时及出院时两组患者的Harris髋关节功能评分。结果:出院时观察组患者的功能锻炼知识掌握程度高于对照组(P<0.05),术后7 d及出院时观察组患者的功能锻炼依从性高于对照组(P<0.05),入院时两组患者的Harris髋关节功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院时观察组患者的Harris髋关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过Teach-back结合视频宣教的方法对髋关节置换术后患者进行功能锻炼指导,可以有效提高患者的功能锻炼知识掌握程度,提高功能锻炼的依从性,促进患者关节功能的恢复。

Objective: To explore the effect of Teach-back method combined with video education on functional exercise after hip arthroplasty(HA).Methods: Fifty patients after HA from Aug. to Dec. in 2016 were selected ascontrol group, and received functional exercise guidance according to the conventional methods; 50 patients after HA from Jan. to Jun. 2017 were selected asobservation group, and received functional exercise guidance using Teach-back combined with video educationin method.The awareness of functional exercise knowledge after HA was compared between the two groups at the time of discharge; The functional exercise compliance was compared7 days postoperatively and the time of discharge; Harris hip function scores were compared at the time of admission and discharge.Results: At the time of discharge, the awareness of functional exercise knowledge of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). At 7 days postoperatively and the time of discharge, the functional exercise compliance was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). At the time of admission, there were no statistically significant differences in Harris hip function scores between the two groups(P>0.05); At the time of discharge,the Harris hip function score of of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The functional exercise guidance using Teach-back combined with video educationin method can effectively improve the mastery of functional exercise knowledge of patients after HA andthe functional exercise compliance, and promote the recovery of joint function.
