Objective: To investigate the effect of exercise prescription combined with metformin on visfatin, vaspin, RBP4 and HOMA-IR index in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods: A total of 126 obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table, 63 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with metformin and the observation group was given a sports prescription on top of it. After 12 weeks of treatment, the changes of islet function, glucose and lipid metabolism, the level of visfatin, vaspin and RBP4 were compared between the two groups.Results: After 12 weeks of exercise prescription combined with metformin oral treatment, the BMI and waist-to-hip ratio of the observation group were less than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=1.847,P=0.034;t=3.955,P=0.000);FPG, 2hPG and HbAlC of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=8.736,P=0.000;t=12.288,P=0.000;t=7.483,P=0.000); The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was significant(t=8.295,P=0.000;t=9.158,P=0.000;t=3.143,P=0.001);The level of HDL-C in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant(t=2.510,P=0.007);The FINS and HOMA-IR index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was significant(t=11.136,P=0.000;t=9.667,P=0.000); The ISI index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (t=7.408,P=0.000);In addition, after 12 weeks of comprehensive treatment, the levels of visfatin, vaspin and RBP4 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.734,P=0.000;t=4.026,P=0.000;t=6.699,P=0.000).Conclusion: Exercise prescription combined with metformin can effectively regulate the islet response in patients with newly diagnosed obese type 2 diabetes, coordinate the adipokines, and optimize the metabolism of glucose and lipids. |
