Er∶YAG激光治疗种植体周围炎短期疗效评估

摘要:

目的:探讨Er∶YAG激光治疗种植体周围炎的短期疗效。方法:将24例种植体周围炎患者随机分为两组:实验组采用Er∶YAG激光照射,对照组采用碳纤维头超声洁治加盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗。测量治疗前及治疗1、3、6个月时临床牙周指标,包括改良菌斑指数(mPLI)、探诊深度(PD)、改良龈沟出血指数(mSBI)、种植体周围龈沟液量(PICF)。结果:两种治疗方法均能改善各临床牙周指标(P<0.05),两组mPLI差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),PD、mSBI和PICF差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种方法治疗种植体周围炎短期疗效均佳,Er∶YAG激光在改善PD、mSBI和PICF上更有优势。
