目的：探讨Er∶YAG激光治疗种植体周围炎的短期疗效。方法：将24例种植体周围炎患者随机分为两组：实验组采用Er∶YAG激光照射，对照组采用碳纤维头超声洁治加盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗。测量治疗前及治疗1、3、6个月时临床牙周指标，包括改良菌斑指数（mPLI）、探诊深度（PD）、改良龈沟出血指数（mSBI）、种植体周围龈沟液量（PICF）。结果：两种治疗方法均能改善各临床牙周指标（P<0.05），两组mPLI差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），PD、mSBI和PICF差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：两种方法治疗种植体周围炎短期疗效均佳，Er∶YAG激光在改善PD、mSBI和PICF上更有优势。
