TrpC5在肺鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要:

目的:探讨肺鳞癌组织中瞬时受体电位通道5(transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily C member 5,TrpC5)的表达及其临床意义。方法:利用免疫组织化学法检测73例肺鳞癌组织和对应的癌旁组织中TrpC5的表达,并分析其表达与各临床病理参数和肺鳞癌预后之间的关系。结果:TrpC5在肺鳞癌组织中阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.001),肺鳞癌组织中TrpC5的表达与肿瘤淋的巴结转移、TNM分期以及肺鳞癌预后密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:TrpC5在肺鳞癌中高表达,其高表达可能与肿瘤转移、肺鳞癌的不良预后相关。

Objective:To investigate the expression of transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily C member 5 (TrpC5) protein in lung squamous cell carcinoma tissue and its clinical siginificance. Methods:The protein expressions of TrpC5 were detected in 73 pairs of lung squamous cell carcinoma tissues by immunohistochemistry. The correlations with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis were also analyzed. Results:The positive expression rate of TrpC5 in lung squamous cell carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues(P<0.001).The expression of TrpC5 in lung squamous cell carcinoma tissue was strongly correlated with lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and the prognosis of lung squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05). Conclusion:The higher expression of TrpC5 in lung squamous cell carcinoma may be associated with tumor metastasis and poor prognosis.
