Objective:To discuss the effect of situation analysis (SWOT) in emergency nursing care of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and observe the prognosis. Methods:92 patients with acute myocardial infarction wereenrolled and randomly divided into two groups, the patients of the test group were given SWOT, while the control group were given conventional nursing. Observation data of the two groups were tested by Statistical software SPSS 20.0 version. Results:The triage evaluation time, emergency stay time, first aid time of the test group Vs the control group were significantly shortened (P<0.05); the triage evaluation time, emergency stay time, first aid time of test group were much lower than that in control group (P<0.05), patient satisfaction with emergency environment, professional level of nursing staff, nursing staff co mmunication ability, medical cooperation of the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The SWOT in patients of acute myocardial infarction with emergency care can shorten the triage assessment, emergency stay time and first aid time. It can also improve the prognosis and satisfaction of the patients. |
