催乳方联合穴位、乳房按摩对初产妇乳汁分泌与母乳喂养的影响

摘要：

目的：观察催乳方联合穴位按摩和乳房按摩对初产妇乳汁分泌及母乳喂养情况的影响。方法：将80例单胎足月妊娠初产妇分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规产后护理，观察组采用催乳方联合穴位、乳房按摩术，观察两组产妇治疗后乳汁分泌情况、血清泌乳素水平及母乳喂养情况。结果：连续干预7 d后，观察组产妇泌乳始动时间显著短于对照组（P<0.01），血清泌乳素水平和乳汁分泌量显著高于对照组（P<0.01），产后乳房胀痛发生情况显著低于对照组（P<0.01），母乳喂养率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：催乳方联合穴位、乳房按摩术能够显著改善患者乳汁分泌状况，缓解乳房胀痛，提高母乳喂养率，值得在临床推广应用。

Objective: To observe the effect of Cuiru decoction combined with acupoint and breast message on the lactation and breast feeding of primipara. Methods: Eighty cases of primipara were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine postpartum care, and the observation group was given Cuiru decoction combined with acupoint and breast message. The secretion of milk, serum prolactin levels and breast feeding were observed in the two groups after treatment. Result: After 7 days of continuous intervention, the lactation time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.01). The level of serum prolactin and proportion of milk yield in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01). The number of breast pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01); the rate of breastfeeding in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Cuiru decoction combined with acupoint and breast massage can significantly improve the milk secretion, alleviate the breast pain, and improve the rate of breastfeeding, which makes it worthy of popularizing in clinical application.
