新生儿院前-院中-院后医护一体化诊护模式创新研究

摘要：

目的：探讨院前-院中-院后医护一体化诊护模式在新生儿中的应用，并评价其应用效果。方法：选取于我院就诊的200例新生儿，采用随机抽样分组的方法将新生儿分为对照组和研究组各100例。对照组采用常规新生儿护理模式，研究组采院前-院中-院后医护一体化诊护模，评价两组的护理质量、满意度、护理不良事件发生率、住院天数以及住院费用。结果：研究组护理质量及满意度均高于研究组（P<0.05），研究组护理不良事件发生率、住院天数以及住院费用均低于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组思维能力、临床能力、法律/伦理实践、教育/咨询、专业发展平均得分均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：院前-院中-院后医护一体化诊护模式是一种优化的新型工作模式，提高了医护之间的沟通能力与配合程度，提升了医疗与护理的服务质量，促进新生儿健康，值得临床推广与应用。

Objective: To explore the application of integrative diagnosing and nursing care mode in pre hospital, in hospital, post hospital and evaluate its application effect.Methods: 200 newborns were selected from our hospital. The newborns were divided into control group and study group, 100 cases each. The controls were conventionally taken care of, while the newborns of the study group were cared by integrated diagnosis and care model of pre-in-post hospital. The care quality, satisfaction rate, adverse care events rate, hospital stay and expenses were evaluated.Results: The care quality and satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the controls(P<0.05). The adverse care events rate, hospital stay and expenses were all lower than those of the controls(P<0.05). The nurses of the study group had better thinking ability, clinical ability, legal/ethical practice, education/consultation and professional development than those of the control group.Conclusion: Integrated diagnosis and care model of neonatal pre-in-post hospital is a new optimized working pattern, which improves communication and cooperate ability of both physicians and nurses,and the medical and care quality too. It is beneficial for newborn health, and worth of clinical application.
