人工骨联合自体骨移植治疗感染性骨不连的研究

摘要:

目的:探讨一期清创内固定及抗生素人工骨联合自体骨移植治疗低毒感染性骨不连的临床疗效。方法:对采用一期清创内固定及抗生素人工骨联合自体骨移植法治疗的10例低毒感染性骨不连患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:10例患者术后获8~18个月随访(平均11.6个月),其中9例骨折愈合,1例感染复发,表现为再次出现窦道、骨折不愈合,经再次清创、闭式引流,伤口愈合后6个月再植骨,最终骨折愈合。10例患者骨折处邻近关节功能活动均可。结论:对低毒感染性骨不连采用一期清创内固定及抗生素人工骨联合自体骨移植方法治疗可取得较高的骨折愈合率,并缩短病程。
