α-硫辛酸联合甲泼尼龙治疗Graves眼病的临床对照研究

摘要：

目的：分析α-硫辛酸联合甲泼尼龙治疗Graves眼病的临床疗效及对甲状腺激素指标的影响。方法：选取我科2011年1月至2015年12月接受100例Graves眼病患者，随机分为对照组和观察组。给予对照组患者0.9%氯化钠250 ml+甲泼尼龙500 mg治疗，观察组患者在激素冲击治疗基础上联合0.9%氯化钠250 ml+α-硫辛酸注射液600 mg治疗，对比两组患者治疗前与治疗两周后的甲状腺激素水平与临床疗效。结果：观察组和对照组在治疗前的突眼度、眼裂宽度、软组织炎症、CAS评分比较差异不显著（P>0.05）；治疗后两组患者的上述眼病体征与CAS均较治疗前均显著的下降，且观察组患者下降更为显著（P<0.05）。观察组的总有效率为92%。高于对照组的76%，且差异具体统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：α-硫辛酸联合甲泼尼龙可以更加有效的改善突眼度、眼裂宽度、软组织炎症，提高患者生活质量。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of alpha-acid and acid combined with methylprednisolone treatment of Graves ophthalmopathy and its effect on thyroid hormone. Methods: In our department in August 2011 to December 2015, 100 patients with Graves' ophthalmopathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group (50 in each), the control group was given 0.9% sodium chloride 250ml plus methylprednisolone 500mg, the observation group0.9% sodium chloride 250ml plus alpha-lipoic acid 600 mg. Thyroid hormone level and clinical efficacy were compared in the two groups of patients before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment. Results: The eye disease signs and CAS of the patients were not significantly different in the two groups before treatment, they were significantly decreased after treatment, (P<0.05). The efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group was 76%, higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Alpha lipoic acid combined with methylprednisolone can more effectively improve the degree of exophthalmos, eye fissure width, soft tissue inflammation, thus improve the quality of life of the patients.
