Objective: To investigate the effect of bisoprolol on endothelial function and autonomic nervous function in patients with vascular ventricular premature beat.Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with ventricular premature beat (without coronary heart disease or hypertension) were enrolled in this study and were divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group. All patients were treated routinely. On this basis, the observation group was treated with bisoprolol, and the control group was treated with propafenon tablet.The clinical efficacy, autonomic nerve function index and endothelial function index were observed and compared between the two groups.Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ2=9.41,P<0.05).And the autonomic nervous function indexes of the two groups were significantly changed,and the change of the observation group was larger than that of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, at the same time, there was significant difference between the two groups in the changes of endothelial function(P<0.05).Conclusion: Bisoprolol has significant effect in treatment of ventricular premature beats, it effectively improves the cardiac autonomic nervous function and vascular endothelial function, and can remarkably slows light artery spasm and reduce incidence of ventricular premature beat, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
