脐血HSP70及HIF-1α表达水平与HIE患儿脑损伤的关系

摘要:

目的:探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)与脐血热休克蛋白70(HSP70)和低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的关系,为新生儿HIE早期诊断提供依据。方法:选择本院妇产科2014年1月至2016年4月出生的48例HIE足月新生儿作为HIE组,组内又分轻度组及重度组;另选则50例产前无胎儿窘迫征象、出生后1分钟Apgar评分≥9分的足月新生儿为对照组。出生后均立即收集脐带血,检测HSP70和HIF-1α。结果:HIE组脐血HSP70和HIF-1α水平显著升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而重度组HSP70和HIF-1α的水平比轻度组显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:脐血HSP70和HIF-1α水平与HIE患儿脑损伤具有相关性,可以作为HIE早期诊断的参考指标之一。

Objective: To explore the relationship between neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and the levels of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) and hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)in umbilical cord blood, and to provide evidence for early diagnosis of neonatal HIE.Methods: Forty-eight HIE term neonates borned in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics of our hospital from January 2014 to April 2016 were selected as HIE group,HIE group were divided into mild group and severe group,in addition,fifty term neonates without prenatal fetal distress, Apgar score more than 9 points after 1 minute birth were selected as control group. Immediately after birth, the umbilical cord blood was collected to detect HSP70 and HIF-1α. Results: The levels of HSP70 and HIF-1α in HIE group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01),while the levels of HSP70 and HIF-1α in severe group were significantly higher than those in mild group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The levels of HSP70 and HIF-1α in umbilical cord blood is associated with brain injury degree in children with HIE, and may serve as one of early diagnostic clue for HIE.
