骨肉瘤中微小RNA的功能研究进展

摘要:

骨肉瘤(osteosarcoma,OS)是最常见的骨骼系统恶性肿瘤,其致病机制十分复杂,早期可出现远处转移,预后较差。微小RNA (micro-RNA,miRNA)属于非编码RNA的一类,其在包括OS在内的多种恶性肿瘤中存在异常表达,通过对特异靶向基因的调控来参与OS的发生与发展。由于miRNA在OS中存在差异性表达,临床也逐渐考虑使用miRNA来作为OS诊断及预后的特异性无创生物学指标。而基于miRNA靶点的生物学治疗方法目前仍只停留在动物模型阶段,应用于临床还需要克服许多问题。因此,作者就这些方面的研究进展进行简要的综述。
