视听觉综合训练联合强化肌力训练对帕金森患者下肢功能及平衡功能的影响

摘要：

目的：探讨视听觉综合训练联合强化肌力训练对帕金森（PD）患者下肢功能及平衡功能的影响。方法：2013年1月至2016年1月期间收治的120例PD患者，依据随机数字表法分为两组，观察组接受视听觉综合训练联合强化肌力训练，对照组接受单独的强化肌力训练，比较两组患者康复效果，治疗前后下肢功能和平衡功能变化。结果：两组患者治疗后Webster评分、BI评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能和平衡功能评分显著升高（P<0.05），但观察组治疗后Webster评分和BI评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗后步态参数（起立行走测试、6 min步行距离、步速和跨步长）显著提高（P<0.05），但观察组治疗后步态参数显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：听觉综合训练联合强化肌力训练可显著改善帕金森患者下肢功能、平衡功能和步行能力，提高患者运动功能和日常生活活动能力，促进患者康复。

Object: To explore the influence of visual and auditory cues combined with muscle power strengthening training on lower limb function and balance ability in patients with parkinson disease.Methods: 120 PD patients admitted from January 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group received visual and auditory cues combined with muscle power strengthening training,the control group received muscle power strengthening training,compare the rehabilitation, lower limb function and balance ability changes. Results: The Webster score,BI score, Fugl-Meyer motor function and balance function score in two groups were significantly increased, but the scores in observation group after treatment were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the gait parameters (standing walking test, 6 min walking distance, pace and stride length) were significantly improved, but the gait parameters in observation group were significantly better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Visual and auditory cues combined with muscle power strengthening training can significantly improve the lower limb function,balance ability and walking ability of patients with Parkinson's disease, and improve the motor function and activities of daily living to promote rehabilitation.
