【 Abstract 】 Objective : To explore the effect on the brain developmental disorders of the growth restriction fetus by prenatal taurine intervention. Methods : 120 cases pregnant women with fetal growth restriction by ultrasound who were treated in our hospital from July 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects, they were divided them into the observation group and the control group according to the . The neonatal DTI parameters of anisotropic scores, the average dispersion coefficient, the vertical dispersion coefficient, the parallel dispersion coefficient and serum TNF-a, IL-6, IL-8 levels of two groups were compared. Results :After 3 months, the whole brain white matter anisotropic score of two groups increased significantly, tbservation group was more obvious(P<0.05).The average dispersion coefficient, the vertical dispersion coefficient, the parallel dispersion coefficient, serum TNF-a, IL - 6, IL - 8 level of two groups newborns decreased, the observation group was more obvious, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion : Prenatal taurine can significantly promote the growth restriction fetal brain development, it can promote the development of white matter fiber and myelin sheath, effectively reduce the patients' serum TNF-a, IL-6 and IL 8 levels in order to guide the choice of clinical treatment, it is worth popularization and application in clinic. |
