Objective: effective method for regeneration of alveolar bone in the distal of adjacent teeth to promote the potential of periodontitis patients after mandibular wisdom tooth extraction. Methods: 45 patients with bilateral mandibular wisdom tooth extraction were selected in our hospital in 2011 August -2012 year in August admitted to the cases, in accordance with the order of admission were divided into two groups, study group 23 cases of oral tissue suture placed in the tooth fossa patch and bone, 22 cases in the control group were sutured directly, alveolar bone height changes were compared between the two groups of adjacent periodontal membrane in. Results: Study on postoperative dry socket, trismus, cheek swelling, postoperative bleeding 30min, significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05),after 1D, 3D, 7d, 14d and PoSSe scores were significantly lower than those in control group, the adjacent tooth distal alveolar bone height (4.8 + 0.4) mm was significantly higher than that of the control group (3.8 + 0.3) mm, the depth of tooth pocket (3 + 1) mm was significantly lower than that of the control group (4.2 + 0.9) mm, the difference was statistically significant ,P < 0.05. Conclusion: has the potential of periodontitis patients with mandibular wisdom tooth extraction after filling the patch and bone meal oral tissue helps to promote the regeneration of alveolar bone in the distal adjacent teeth. |
