Objective: Probe the expression of carbonyl reductase(CBR)1 level changing rule in 134 pathological changes of liver tissue; Explore CBR1 express meaning in different lesions in the liver. Methods: Using immunohistochemical technique SP method to detect the expression of CBR1 and hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) in different liver tissue. Results: 1. In different pathological changes of liver tissue, There is no statistical significance in HBsAg negative group of CBR1 expression level. 2. The expression level of CBR1 of paracancerous cirrhosis > liver cirrhosis > chronic hepatitis > hepatocellular carcinoma and normal liver. Through the analysis of variance, the overall differences there is significant statisticalsignificance in these five groups. In normal liver and hepatocellular carcinoma, There is no statistical significance in CBR1 expression level. Conclusions: 1.It can not be concluded that there is association between the expression of CBR1 of different liver tissue with hepatitis B virus infection. 2.CBR1 is not expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma, but CBR1 high expression can be used to detect the correlation between paracancerous cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma, for monitoring precancerous disease cirrhosis and providing certain experiment basis. |
