清腹通肠汤联合护理对胃癌术后胃肠道功能恢复临床效果

摘要:

目的:探讨清腹通肠汤联合中医护理对胃癌患者术后胃肠道功能恢复的临床效果。方法:将接受胃癌手术术后患者60例按照就诊顺序随机分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例),两组患者均给与常规中医护理,并于胃肠功能恢复前常规禁食和禁水。对照组给予抗感染、营养支持及补液等治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用清腹通肠汤,观察两组患者治疗后胃肠功能恢复情况。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组患者在术后肠鸣音出现时间、进流食时间、排气及首次排便时间均显著优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组患者并发症显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者营养情况比较,治疗组改善情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹通肠汤联合中医护理有助于胃癌患者术后胃肠道功能恢复,减少并发症的发生

Objective: Abdominal bowels clear soup joint nursing interventions for patients with gastric cancer clinical effects of gastrointestinal function recovery after surgery. Methods: Patients will receive 60 cases of gastric cancer treatment in accordance randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (n = 30), patients were given routine nursing intervention and recovery before the ban on conventional gastrointestinal function food and water deprivation. The control group received antibiotics, nutritional support and rehydration therapy; treatment group were based on the use of abdominal bowels clear soup, the two groups were observed after treatment of gastrointestinal functional recovery. Results: Compared with the control group, the treatment group patients after bowel sounds in time, the flow of food into the time, exhaust and first defecation time was significantly better than the control group, two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) ; and complications of the treatment group was significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); compare the nutritional status of two groups of patients after treatment group improvement was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: Abdominal bowels Tang combined nursing interventions to help patients with gastric cancer after recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce complications.
