Objective To ensure the effect of interactive nursing mode on improving the satisfaction from surgical patients of AIDS in the clinical nursing service. Methods Randomly select 80 cases of AIDS patients who discharged from the surgical department of our hospital after intervention of routine nursing mode during October 2013 to March 2014 as the contrast group, and another 80 cases but with the intervention of the interactive nursing mode during April 2014 to September 2014 as the observation group. Then compare the satisfaction from the two group of surgical AIDS patients in the nursing service through the way of questionnaire survey. Results The satisfaction from surgical AIDS patients with the intervention of the interactive nursing mode in the nursing service is obviously increased. Comparison between the two groups shows statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions Carrying out interactive nursing mode apparently improve the satisfaction from surgical AIDS patients in the clinical nursing service. |
