Objective It is an important problem that breast cancer sexual function, especially in young patients, so evaluates and descripts the sexual function and its influence factors of breast cancer patients. Methods Select 126 cases of breast cancer patients, 115patients completed the preoperative postoperative questionnaires. Use FSFI to evaluate patients in preoperative and postoperative. Use t-test and χ2-test to compare two groups. Results preoperative and postoperative FSFI average score is 26.08 and 20.55, and the proportion of sexual dysfunction increased from 54% to 84%. Conclusion The sexual function of patients deteriorate significantly in postoperative, to provide reference for reasonable interventions, but that is still needed further study to determine patients postoperative sexual function. |
