Objective: To investigate the relationship between random urine protein to creatinine ratio and renal damage in pregnant women with preeclampsia. Methods: 98 pregnant women with preeclampsia were collected, according to severity of preeclampsia ,they were divided into mild group (n=43) and severe group (n=55),and at the same period, 40 normal pregnant women were included into control group. the 24 hours’ urine protein level, random urine protein to creatinine ratio (ACR), renal function indices of research object among three group were observed and compared, and the correlation between ACR and 24 hours’ urine protein, Between ACR and renal function indices were analysized. Results:the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure of patients with preeclampsia in two group were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05),in severe group, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, 24 hours’ urine protein, ACR were significantly higher than those in mild group (P < 0.05). the serum UA, Cr, BUN levels , abnormal rate of GFR in Mild group and severe group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05), the serum UA, Cr, BUN level in severe group ,abnormal rate of GFR were significantly higher than those in mild group (P < 0.05). The Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between ACR and 24 hours’ urinary protein(P=0.00); there was a positive correlation between ACR and UA, Cr, BUN level, abnormal rate of GFR (P=0.00).Conclusion: stochastic ACR and 24 hours’ urine protein quantitation has a good correlation, and it is a convenient and rapid examination, it can preferably evaluate severity of pre eclampsia disease and patients’renal function damage, may become a substitute check method of 24 hours’ urinary protein quantitation. |
