Objective To explore and observe the clinical treatment effect of spiral CT guidance argon-helium cryablation on malignant solid tumors by applying clinical trial study, and to explore the influence factors of the treatment effect. Methods 150 patients of malignant solid tumors were selected who were confirmed by pathology. After the cryablation therapy, follow-up were carried in 1, 3, 6, 12 months respectively, and treatment effect and related complications were recorded. Results There were 265 tumors in the 150 patients. The diameter of tumors ranged from 1.2 cm to 12 cm, with the median of 4.21cm. Compared with the ice coverage of tumors larger than 3 cm in diameter, ice coverage of tumors less than 3 cm was better (P<0.05). The efficient rates were 81.13%, 71.76%, 71.07% and 68.10% in 1, 3, 6, 12 months respectively, and the control rates were 96.23%, 91.37%, 85.54% and 80.95%, respectively. Tumor diameter and tumor staging were the influence factors of curative effect in one year after therapy(P<0.05). Conclusion spiral CT guidance argon-helium cryablation was good for the treatment of malignant solid tumors, which could be widely used. |
