[Abstracts]Objective: To study rotavirus infection in myocardial injury of infants and young children and relevance effect . Methods: 164 cases of rotavirus infection children hospitalized in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as the research objects , according to whether to have myocardial injury , the patient children were divided into Observation group (n=60) and Control group(n=104). Electrocardiogram 、myocardial enzymes and cTn-I of two groups were compared .Ages 、metabolism disorder and so on to influence the myocardial function of patient children with rotavirus infection were analyzed and the changes of myocardial enzyme spectrum indexes before and after treatment of patient children of Observation group were compared . Results: Observation group CK、CK-MB、AST、LDH、LDH1、CTn-I、LDH1/LDH2 measured value and myocardial injury rate were obviously higher than those of Control group ( the two groups were compared , both were P<0.05 , they both had statistical significance) . Age≤1 by the related factors analysis、moderately severe dehydration、diarrhea 、hypokalemia and acidosis were risk factors of myocardial damage . The patient children with myocardial injury after treatment whose myocardial enzyme spectrum indexes were significantly lower than those before treatment . Conclusion: The patient children with rotavirus infection easily have the risk factors of myocardial injury , and the ages are ≤1 age 、 moderately severe dehydration、diarrhea 、hypokalemia and acidosis are risk factors of myocardial damage . Strengthen the detection of myocardial enzyme spectrum for the patient children in clinic , on the basis of the treatment of diarrhea , myocardial function should be protected , early diagnosis and early treatment can avoid further injury of the myocardial function of the patient children . |
