Objective：To explore more row helical CTlow-dose scan review application value in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Method：In our hospital 106 cases diagnosed TBreview conventional dose (automatic ma adjusting technology)and three low dose group (30,20,15mAs，other parameters are the same as the conventional dose)scan,record every scan volume CT doseindex CTDIvol,dose the length value DLP,effective dose ED,two kinds of objective sign of images obtained by scanning way lesions compared. Result：Two type of scan found the number of lesion、size andsigns of leakage,proliferation、fibrosis、and calcification lesions showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).Patients at the same time effective dose of ED to be makedly redused.Conclusion：Chest low-dose CT scan client radiation image quality also fell sharply at the same time,but also can meet the requirements of diagnosis.when TB review according to the patients body to choose the appropriate tube current.
