Objective: To investigate the serum sHLA-G and IL-10 levels and significance in the occurrence of preeclampsia. Methods: Serum sHLA-G and IL-10 of 35 women with preeclampsia, 45 healthy pregnant women and 38 healthy non-pregnant women were determined using the ELISA method. Results: Serum sHLA-G and IL-10 levels of healthy pregnant gruoup were increased significantly than healthy non-pregnant group while decreased when preeclampsia occured, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Serum sHLA-G and IL-10 analysis were conducive to predict preeclampsia. |
