Objective: To investigate the Effect on neonatal birth weight by increasing of pre pregnancy weight, pregnancy weight among pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism.provides the reference for pregnancy management of pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism. Methods: 1028 full-term singleton pregnancy patients with abnormal glucose metabolism were collected and divided into low body weight group(BMI < 18.5kg/m2) there were 56 cases.normal weight group(18.5 ≤ BMI ≤ 25kg/m2)there were 570 cases, over weight group (BMI ≥ 25kg/m2)there were 402 cases.they were divided into three sub groups in each group, lack weight gain group, normal weight gain group, over weight gain group, In addition to, 516 cases normal pregnant women without abnormal glucose metabolism in the same period were selected and divided into low body weight control group there 32 cases, normal weight control group there were 309 cases, over weight control group there were 175 cases, the neonatal body quality, incidence of macrosomia and neonatal length, head circumference, diameter at breast height among different group were compared. Results: the neonatal birth weight, incidence of macrosomia body length, head circumference, diameter at breast height in normal weight group, over weight group were significantly lower than those in corresponding control group (P < 0.05).the neonatal birth weight, incidence of macrosomia, body length, head circumference, diameter at breast height in low body weight group were significantly lower than that in normal weight group, that in normal body weight group was less than that in over weight group(P<0.05).In low body weight group, the neonatal birth weight in lack weight gain group had no significant difference from normal weight gain group. but that in lack weight gain group and normal weight gain group were lower than that in over weight gain group (P < 0.05),the incidence of macrosomia had no significant difference among lack weight gain g |
