【Abstract】 Objective To expore curative effect observation and adverse reaction of temozolomide combined treatment with whole brain radiotherapy in the brain metastases patients of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 44 cases patients with the brain metastases patients of non-small cell lung cancer were retrospective analyzed from from June 2010 to June 2013, they were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group adopted Temozolomide combined treatment with whole brain radiotherapy,control group used treatment with whole brain radiotherapy,curative effect and adverse reactions of two groups were analyzed. Results Observation group and control group in the digestive tract reaction, hematology toxicity, liver and kidney function of side have a comparison, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05);Two groups of patients with objective effectiveness and local control effectiveness was compared, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); 6 months and 1 year survival rate of two groups of patients were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)..Conclusion Temozolomide combined treatment with whole brain radiotherapy in the brain metastases patients of non-small cell lung cancer have better in the near future curative effect, and it can improve the survival rate of patients.
