Objective: Compared the clinical features of microhemorrhage between with hypertension history and without hypertension history in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 576 patients with acute cerebral infarction were collected, their clinical data were record , they were examined by MRI. According to whether had hypertension history, whether had CMBs,the patients who met conditions were divided into hypertension with CMBs group (n=169), non hypertension with CMBs group (n=50), non hypertension without CMBs group (n=286). The related risk factors and lesion distribution between hypertensive patients with CMBs and non hypertensive patients with CMBs.Results: the CMBs incidence of non hypertensive patients was significantly lower than that of hypertensive patients(P<0.05). the proportion of patients with diabetes history, aspirin use history and WMC score in hypertension with CMBs group were significantly higher than thos in non hypertension with CMBs group (P<0.05). the patients’ age ,systolic blood pressure at admission in non hypertension with CMBs group were significantly higher than those in non hypertension without CMBs group (P<0.05). the proportion of CMBs focus distributed cortical and subcortical regions in non hypertension with CMBs group were significantly higher than that in hypertension with CMBs group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Among patients with acute cerebral infarction, there are some differences in risk factors and CMBs focus distribution between hypertensive patinets and non hypertensive patients, therefore during the process of prevention and treatment of CMBs in patients with acute cerebral infarctionin , to patient who has hypertension history , except actively controlling blood pressure, while monitoring blood glucose levels, reducing aspirin use , pertinence treatment of cerebral white matter lesions shoud be done; to patient who hass non hypertension history and is elderly , paying attention to control systolic blood pre |
