Objective Through the retrospective analysis of ovarian-adenomyosis cyst cases and the review of the related literature,in order to improve the level of the MRI diagnosis and differential diagnosis about this disease.Method 97 MRI characteristics fingdings of 55 patients with ovarian-adenomyosis cyst were analyzed ,and juxtaposed with the laparoscopic surgery and pathological diagnosis during 2009 to 2013 year in our hospital.Results There are 24 solitary cysts and 31 multiple cysts in the 55 cases with 97 Cysts lesions diagnosed.Of which ,the hyperintense on T1WI、T2WI were 44,the hyperintense on T1WI and the “shadow”signal on T2WI were 24, the hyperintense on T1WI and the hypointense on T2WI were 16, the hypointense on T2WI and the mixed density on T1WI were 2,the hierarchical signal in cysts were 11.with septum were 26,the cysts with hemosiderosis were 20. and all of them were fibrous-capsule hypointense on border .There are 21 stellate-cysts on border,and 4 Capsule wall gap.The ovary border of 13 patients were proved smooth,and 42 patients were adhered to surrounding tissue and organs on Laparoscopy diagnosis, Moreover the extraovarian endometriosis were found in 10.Conclusion MRI has high accuracy in the locating diagnosis、the qualitative diagnosis.The signal variation of the cyst ,the characteristic of the cyst border and the adhesion with sround on MRI provided a basis for diagnosis and preoperative evaluation of ovarian-adenomyosis cyst.
