[Abstract] Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment to chronic eczema by bacillus calmette-guerin polysaccharide nucleic acid(BCG-PSN) combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin. Methods:153 cases of patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into two groups, 77 patients in control group were treated with oral compound glycyrrhizin 50mg,3 times a day, halcinonide ointment for external use,2 times a day. On the basis of control group, 76 patients in treatment group were treated with intramuscular BCG-PSN, 0.70mg,every other day in addition.The total course of treatment is 3 months, and then evaluate the efficacy and record the adverse reactions at the end of month 1,2and 3.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group (68.42％ and 85.53％,respectively) were significantly higher than that of the control group (51.95％ and 70.13％,respectively)at the end of month 2 and 3, comparison among the two groups was significantly different,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusions:On the basis of conventional therapy,addition of BCG-PSN combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in treatment of chronic eczema has a good efficiency and high safety,and is well worthy clinical popularizing.
