Objective To analyse the cause of recurrent chest pain after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) and targeted nursing intervention was executed. Methods 89 patients with recurrent chest pain after PCI during hospitalization from January 2012 to December 2012 was chosed. The chest pain after PCI was divided to cardiac chest pain and non-cardiac chest pain, and the targeted nursing intervention was executed according to the clinical symptoms. Results There were 68 cases of cardiac chest pain and 21 cases non-cardiac chest pain after PCI. The appropriate treatment and care intervention was took according to the nature and characteristics of recurrent chest pain. We can significantly improve the patients’ recovery speed and quality of life. Conclusion Meticulous care, control of risk factors and lifestyle adjustments after PCI can reduce recurrence of chest pain and other complications in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI, and improve their quality of life. |
