Objective: To investigate the clinical value of uhrasonographic elastography in evaluation of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods: Collected our hospital in recent 3 years after operation for treatment of thyroid nodules in 349 patients,, retrospectively summarize the clinical value of elastic ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules .Results: The ultrasound elastography in differentiating benign and malignant thyroid nodules has a little difference on the sensitivity, but has higher specificity (76.89% sensitivity, 96.21% specificity). Conclusion: Ultrasound elasticity imaging of thyroid nodules in benign and malignant lesions is specific, it can help to diagnosis the malignant lesions in those that ordinary ultrasound is difficult to identify. |
